LONGEVITY SESSIONS

Our flagship offering. The Longevity sessions is all about you! Where are we starting and where do we want to end up. We'll go through baseline tests and you'll leave with a personalised program and how to accomplish your short, medium and long term goals.

FOLLOW UP SESSION

Bi-weekly or once every 3 weeks we invite you back for a 30-minute evaluation how the plan is coming along. We go back to our initial assessments and see what's working, what isn't and how can we adjust the program.

HEALTH & FITNESS ASSESSMENT

You already know how to make the changes you need in your life but struggling to find your baseline data? We'll do that for you and you can take it home and use the information as you see fit.
