1. Physical Assessments: To form a baseline of your strengths and weakness
2. Lifestyle and Nutrition Mapping: to go over eating, sleeping, and stress
3. Forward Planning: Together we create a map of a personalised plan to see to meet short, medium and long term health and fitness goals.
Physical Assessments include:
- Grip Strength
- Hang Time
- Balance Test
- VO2 test (Stationary Bike/Harvard Step Test)
- Resting Heart Rate
- Body Fat Percentage and Weight
- Stand-sit-stand Test
Life Style and Nutrition Questionnaire Include:
- Your current eating patterns
- Sleep quality + daily energy trends
- Stress & recovery habits
- Any supplements or medications
Forward Planning:
Together we make long, medium and short term goals. The questions we delve into are centred around "What do I want to be able to do at the age of 60/70/80?"
