Our goal is to support individuals in building evidence-based strategies for longevity; across nutrition, sleep, physical conditioning, stress management, and recovery. Using structured assessments and behavioural science, we help clients align their day-to-day lifestyle with long-term healthspan goals. The work is deeply personalised, under a framework we call The Longevity Sessions.
We're not a therapist, or a doctor, we help people align how they live day-to-day with how they want to feel and age. We help make it all work together.

Story
Coming from the words Tenacity (The determination to do something) and Endurance (The ability to endure with that something) Tenura wants to show the world how simple it is to live a long, healthy and happy life. Research studies have shown an indisputable correlation between the affects of a healthy, balanced lifestyle (exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management and recovery) and living a 'better' life. Things like heart disease, diabetes, cancer, age-related diseases/debilitations and neurogenerative diseases can all be combated with a change in our habits - starting from today!
